Non-contacting data and power transmission
Today, the increasing volume of data transmission requires advanced technical solutions. Especially in the transmission of digital data at high bit rates, non-contacting rotary joints are applied more often instead of conventional contacting slip rings. These rotating couplers - whether based on a worldwide-patented capacitive non-contacting or optical data transmission technology, or based on an inductive technology for power transmission - are available separately or in combination, according to customers' needs.
