Dilatation layer for magnetic cores

The polyurethane foam dilatation layer, developed and produced by R&D Magneto, is designated for magnetic cores of voltage transformers. The dilatation layer is always used to compensate mechanical stresses induced in a magnetic core by the outside epoxy resin coating during its hardening. The dilatation layer can be shaped according to the customer's needs.
